It has been raining non-stop for a couple of days. We followed the news about the catastrophical floods in the north-eastern parts of South Africa as well as Mozambique and it seems like we are in for a very wet rainy season. We cancelled the Ranger meeting on Saturday. Dries came down with the flu which is going around at the moment and driving anywhere with the quad in these conditions, is not advisable.
Please pray for our safety and health. The abscess on Dries’ back has still not cleared up completely. There is still leakage and combined with the flu, he is not on top form. It does force him to take it easy though, which is not a bad thing.
